I will set a trap tonight...

...for sleep. I think this had been the third night now that sleep is evading me, and I feel it. Lol. I had my thyroid dose bumped up a little while back, and I think it might be too high now, because I lost four pounds yesterday, and because I wake up every night around 1:00 am feeling really hot.

Oh well...it'll eventually get better. Probably tonight. Definitely before my trip this weekend.

I'm SO looking forward to this trip and getting away for a few days. The temperature in Tucson and Santa Fe will be in the 60's, which is just so perfect! I'm really looking forward to the drive from Tucson to Santa Fe. We'll be traveling a route I've never traveled, up from the south of New Mexico. We'll almost be following in "Bonnie's" footsteps. Too bad we won't have time to search. If we can swing it, we may make time for a midnight search Saturday night, though. We'll see how it goes.

James and I got our business license yesterday, but I must have been daydreaming when I applied for it, because I got the name wrong on the filing, so I have to amend it. I'll release the news when we go live with our Internet storefront. But right now, we've gathered a few great gems, including a signed Joseph Henry Sharp etching that I believe was once owned by Forrest. We also have a couple of kachina dolls once owned by Forrest. It'll be a lot of fun when we really get things going with this business. I'm sure we'll have our share of "Gilbert Gaul Black and Whites," but James and I are determined and hard working, not to mention smart, so we'll learn more and more as we go. I guess I have to work on my hustling, because I'm too easily talked into selling things for a LOT less than they're worth. I'm working on that, though...

Here's the Sharp etching we will have for sale soon:

Anyway, I'm really excited to get this show on the road. :)

Let's see...not much else...I've got a lot to do before Friday--laundry, dry cleaners, work, pack, and what seems like a zillion little things...

I hope you all have a wonderful day, and don't sweat the small stuff...

    Ricky,
Actually the total number was 227, so we got a GREAT deal. :)
