Winter Storm

We had a winter storm blow through around midnight last night. And by "winter storm," I mean thunderstorm. It was so loud it woke me up, and that's not easy to do once I'm really asleep. I usually love a good thunderstorm, but this one was a little unnerving, and at one point it sounded like a tornado was just outside my window. But, I quickly fell back asleep, and slept like a baby oil 4:00 am. Lol.

Yesterday was a busy and rough day at work for me, even though I did't have too many x-rays. At least not as many as I normally have on a Tuesday or Thursday. I guess lack of sleep will make anyone testy and achy.

Today should be much easier, and I'll be able to sit at my desk and work ahead on the surgical aspect of my job.

Anyway, not much going on...looking forward to Friday when Joe and I head south to James's beautiful new home. I'm so happy for him, and am happy he's happy. :)
