Ahhhh, Morning!

I had a very good night's sleep last night, even before admin came in and put a silence on all the bashing. I'm not going to go into all that was said, and the accusations that came my way, but once again, someone has been slamming people, and not just me, and that person got themselves banned last week, but admin's ban didn't go through, so the guy was still posting, and he said something offensive about me, so he was banned while already being banned, and for some reason, I was blamed for his getting banned because I compared his comment to something Donald Trump would say, even though he had been banned a week prior, for something unrelated to me. << That's a run on sentence and I know it.

So a lot of the haters that use multiple screen names have begun to cry. They've decided to leave chasechat and  run their own Chase blog, but we all know what that blog will be about. Slamming Mindy, because that's what they care about. Lol.

As far as blogging, I believe I've said this before. This blog is a personal journal-type blog. I write about me and my family, and my daily going's on. I've been keeping a daily blog for more than ten years, and it's like a therapy to me. To express certain feelings or events in writing does a lot of good in my soul, so to say its just an expression of narcissism is false. There are thousands of bloggers who do the very same thing I do-- keep a daily online blog.

Here's exactly what happened last night. Someone PM'd me that RF had just said a very offensive sexual comment about me. They said they'd informed admin, and inside, I groaned. I knew what was coming. And I knew it would come if I responded to the comment or if I kept silent. RF would have been banned either way, especially since I later learned he'd actually been banned last week, for something completely unrelated to me.

Here's the blog post that STARTED a whole night's worth of attacks against me:

When I read his comment, I was offended. I said something like I now knew why he was a Donald Trump supporter.

Believe it or not, his hateful comment got almost ZERO attention, and the mob descended on ME. First, they appealed to admin to have me banned for breaking some rule about bringing politics into the general discussion. I didn't even know there was such a rule, so I changed my comment and replaced "racist pig" for "Donald Trump." Because "racist pig" isn't a politician. Lol.

This was my original comment:

And in between this and the next, there were a couple who acknowledged RF went too far. But quickly, someone tried to get me banned for saying "Donald Trump."

This is where I really began to smell some fish. He was disappointed in ME for defending myself, and used the excuse that I shouldn't have broken the "rules" by mentioning the name of a political figure. So, because I said "Donald Trump," and defended myself, this excused the person who made the offensive sexist comment?

Notice how he's not disappointed in RF for saying what he said. He's disappointed in me. For defending myself.

So, it appears that if I stand up for myself after someone personally attacks me, it's okay for them to do so if they get banned as a result, and if I defend myself, I'm the bad guy because I got THEM banned? Wait, what?!

And when it was revealed that RF GOT HIMSELF BANNED after repeated warnings over comments last week that had NOTHING to do with me, I'm STILL blamed for him being banned? How is that even possible? LOL. I mean, really?

The only reason I choose to post more often on CC than on hoD is because I like Chasechat's format better. It's easier for me to navigate and post the topics that interest me, and easier to see when someone responds to my comments. I also like the freedom of speech, and I don't like anyone to be banned, either. I've never asked admin to ban anyone (except in the one case I explained), or asked anyone else to ask admin to ban anyone, or ever posted a poll to have someone banned, or posted a thread asking admin to ban anyone.

That's the last time I'll mention it. And for the last time, if I hadn't responded to RF at all, he still would have been banned. Because he was BANNED LAST WEEK! And not because of me!

And that's a 100% guarantee.

So, here we are on Thursday, and there are a few who still don't seem to understand the concept of taking responsibility for their own actions. They say that people who "engage me" aren't the ones in the wrong, but I am for responding.

After seeing the logic presented to admin to build a case to ban me, I'm not surprised.
