Curiosity Killed the Cat

But I'm not a cat, and frankly not curious enough to check out this new forum that's seemingly all about me. I mean, I'm flattered and all that some people want to slam me so much that they went off and created their own forum to do it, but I'm not going to give them the honor of actually going there and reading it. People are emailing me about some of what's being said, and my response, "Pffft. Who cares what they say on the Jackass Forum?" Lol.

So, yesterday, Joe and I watched Captain America: Civil War. It was pretty good and we enjoyed it. I also posted some pretty vital information on CC, and was going to take it down shortly after I posted, but forgot because of the movie, and The Count wisely replied to keep it up there forever. I told him it's okay, there's a lot more to reveal before it becomes an actual race. I think I am going to ask Cynthia to search a certain spot once I get an address or coordinates, which isn't my first priority in life right now.

Anyway, here are a couple quotes I liked from the movie:

"I asked her once how she managed to master diplomacy and espionage at a time when no one wanted to see a woman succeed at either. And she said, "Compromise where you can. Where you can't, don't. Even if everyone is telling you that something wrong is something right. Even if the whole world is telling you to move, it is your duty to plant yourself like a tree, look them in the eye, and say, 'No, *you* move'."

"Our very strength incites challenge. Challenge incites conflict. And conflict... breeds catastrophe."

"Victory at the expense of the innocent is no victory at all."

My mom's funeral is Saturday, after being delayed due to the hurricane. We're having a lot more company than expected, so I've got to find a place to put everybody.

One other thing I think is invaluable in determining what's important in TTOTC and the poem is Freud's Psychology of Errors. I'm pretty sure Forrest has read these lectures and used them to construct both the book and the poem.

One way learn about what someone really means is by analyzing the "slip of the tongue." I'm sure Trump wishes he hadn't used THIS kind of slip of the tongue when he said 7/11 instead of 9/11. That may be the most tragic slip of the tongue, ever.

One recurring theme I've found during my research is the word "JOY." Forrest uses it and variations of it a LOT. Freud means joy, and there's something in the chest that means "joy" in another language.

I'm not going to point out everything, but the information is out there, and not hard to access if you know what to look for.

Anyway, I'll post a Hot Spot when I have some extra time...
